Bot interacting with DEX and CEX

Hello - I'm looking to develop a bot that will be able to interact with DEX and CEX. Basic function of a bot is to check all the time balance of tokens that are currently in the liquidity pool (for example on PancakeSwap) and if their quantity was changed, dependштп on circumstances bot should adjust short positions (futures or margin) or create market orders on spot (for example on Binance).
The goal is to make a delta-neutral strategy on yield farming.
Example: We have 100 usdt and 1 eth in liquidity pool on PancakeSwap (assuming 1eth =100$). We also have 1 eth short position on Binance. If the price of eth will change, the quantity of eth will change too. So after the price change let’s assume that in the liquidity pool we have 105 usdt and 0.9567 eth. Bot should notice it and adjust our short position to 0.9567 eth. (actual logic is more complicated, this is simplified)
Notice, we may have 2 types: pairs with stable coin and without. If we will have a pair without a stable coin we would need to adjust short positions on both tokens.
After this is done, we would like to check everything and make calculations. If everything is ok we would need further updates. For example, interaction with the liquidity pool. Bot would need to remove liquidity and to close all short positions if our liquidity moves out of range. Another update is hedging interest. So it should check interest and create short positions (for example daily).
