Hello. Actually I need to know what I should to do prior of starting a crowdfunding campaign in order to have success. Some of the questions could be (but not only these questions): 1What will be the legal form of the company? 2) Do I have to register my company under the tax laws of a specific country (eg. UK,USA)? That is my company has to be based/ located in the same jurisdictions as the crowdfunding platforms that I am going to use? 3) What is the best platform to raise capital for my business? 4) How much money to raise? 5) How long the campaign should be last? 6) Any other ideas that I can raise capitals except crowdfunding? ...
