TITLE: Capital Outreach & Investor Research (Immediate Start, High Commission)
I’m hiring one freelancer today to support capital outreach and investor list expansion for a national healthcare platform based in Los Angeles.
This is a real opportunity with real upside if you can execute.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (Starting Today)
1. Build-out & complete our investor list
• Fill in missing fields (emails, names, LinkedIns)
• Add 20–40 additional PE firms, family offices, healthcare strategics
• Organize and rank targets
• Prepare the first outreach batch today
2. Crowdfunding setup
• Register our campaign on the selected platform
• Help structure the page (copy will be provided)
• Upload documents (Executive Summary + Founder Bio)
• Track early leads
3. Admin + outreach support
• Work in a shared Drive + ChatGPT environment
• Prepare outreach packets
• Keep the dashboard clean
• Move things forward without being micromanaged

Your job:
Execute cleanly. No hand-holding.
COMPENSATION
I'm not guaranteeing anything — but there is upside, and I won’t sugarcoat it.
Commission:
3% of all capital you directly source (institutional or crowdfunding)
Examples:
• $300,000 → $9,000
• $1,000,000 → $30,000
• $3,000,000 → $90,000
• $10,000,000 → $300,000
This is standard banking-level commission, but without the gatekeeping.
Hourly/Project Fee:
You propose it — but I’m not paying people just to “get their arms around it.”
You earn through speed, accuracy, and results.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to start today (Los Angeles / Pacific Time)
Strong research + organizational skills
Prior experience in any of these is a plus:
• Capital sourcing
• Crowdfunding
• Investor outreach
• PE/VC research
Works well inside ChatGPT + Drive
Detail-oriented – this matters
Able to work independently
