Executive Summary: AdminMasterPro® (AMP) will be an app for all professionals playing an administrative role, in any industry, worldwide. It will be used by primarily by administrative assistants, executive assistants and secretarial positions and those who have an interest in making the administrative profession their job of choice.
Features: For the Admin
• AMP will give the administrative professional the ability to get immediate help with issues she/he may be experiencing within the workplace from a peer to peer social media sharing platform. This could be something as simple as help needed with problem solving or as complex as dealing with issues from their executive that they are not familiar with. The admin will be able to see via pin point tracking who is also signed on to the app allowing the user to identify where the help is coming from. Information sent to assist may be via instant messaging from within the application, email or live streaming from person to person. Each issue will be stored and displayed as a “most common issues” Q&A that arise in the working environment of an admin. AMP will serve as a reference point for solutions to common issues that take place in the day to day work life of the administrative professional. With the constant changes in the administrative professional arena and the ongoing demands put on that industry, AMP will be the source for solutions. First and foremost we want to connect the administrative professionals worldwide giving them answers right at their fingertips.
• AMP will allow the user to view and find the best training, updated news for the industry, annual activities throughout the industry, webinars to be viewed, online learning available, job opportunity within their individual area and skill set as well as idea sharing among each user. Interact with different meet up groups across the world.
• With the “advanced event” function within AMP a user will have the capability to insert and track any function going on within the industry worldwide. This will especially assist the administrative professional trainer who will have the ability to freely post their companies training events allowing members to view links posted in the advanced event section.
• AMP will be a partner with Fintelo® to incorporate a system of training within the application both web based and mobile based. This will allow a trainer to conduct one hour courses to an audience of administrative professionals on any subject. With the capabilities of allowing a trainer to conduct training courses a user will have the ability to view this training anywhere.
