I have recently launched Sikeria Nextacorp LLP, a newly registered company specializing in real estate development and construction. Current Project Details:
I have finalized with a landowner for 80,000 square meters of land and have an additional 120,000 square meters of land available for acquisition.
This project is a mega city development with both residential and commercial components.
The estimated project cost for the 80,000-square-meter phase is approximately 150 million to 180m USD, with an anticipated selling price ranging between 250 million and 300 million USD.
Investment Requirement:
To execute this project successfully, I am seeking funding of 25 million USD. I am open to investment options, either through an equity-based model with reward points or on an interest-based structure, as per your suggestion. The principal amount, along with returns, will be repaid within a minimum of 24 months and a maximum of 36 months.
