I need a specialist in Kickstarter campaigns with a successful track record for managing the funding drive. The aim isn't primarily to generate funds, but to harness a supportive community and boost brand recognition.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Designing and Organising the Campaign - Craft a compelling story, set a palpable goal, rewards etc.
2. Running the Campaign - Oversee the entire 30 day event, ensuring smooth operations and community engagement.
Core Skills required:
1. Besides having crowdfunding acumen, an intimate understanding of Kickstarter is vital.
2. Proficiency in community building and social media marketing is also paramount.
3. Attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills will significantly add value.
Knowledge of our industry is advantageous, but not necessary. Most importantly, you should be able to demonstrate prior success in developing communities through Kickstarter campaigns. Having some working background in the fitness industry is a plus.
