We are seeking for a person who can help us in raising funds via crowedfunding below are the details I launched a new Project called Sikeria Nextacorp LLP is a new registered company is related to Real Estate Development and construction work. With 29 years of experience and legacy in real estate we have sold over 1000 + units including commercial and residential in mumbai suburb {India} .Now I want 80,000 meter land with that i also have 120k meter land that i can get we have communicated with land owner and its a mega city project. for residential and commercial for our new project work. So, My Project cost around 150 M USD and Selling Cost around over all project {affected for 80,000 meter only}work price approx 270 M USD to 300 M USD. I need 20 to 25 M USD. So, I can build this my project successfully. I need crowedfunding on equity reward point base and reward point return (suggest by you), I will return principle with reward in minimum 18 months and maximum 36 months.
