Crowdfunding campaign manager

Hello,
We are a startup company to sell new 100% green electric buses for the European market, located in Portugal.
We wish to start a crowdfunding campaign to raise 300.000€ for the production of a first electric bus (although it we cannot reach the target, we could settle for 100.000€).
We would like to make a crowdfunding campaign in Indiegogo or GoFundMe or other platform you recommend (we understand that Kickstarter might not apply to Portugal) to do it.
Now, to make the text and get a few images, is easy. But we need help to promote the campaign to thousands of users, to make sure we can reach the target.
Do you make this kind of work? Do you have past experience with crowdfunding campaigns?
What are your fees? Do you accept working with success fee?
