• Configure and fully set up the crowdfunding platform of our choice, ensuring payment gateways, reward tiers, and compliance settings are ready for launch.
• Provide clear documentation so my team can monitor the campaign once it is live.
Human Resources Integration
• Recommend how the campaign’s goals, roles, and incentives align with our existing HR policies—onboarding volunteers, tracking contributor hours, and linking performance metrics where useful.
• Outline any talent or staffing needs revealed during setup, plus a simple process we can follow to manage them.
Deliverables
1. A ready-to-launch crowdfunding platform build (sandbox first, then production).
2. A concise HR integration brief mapping campaign roles and workflows to our current HR structure.
3. A short handover guide covering maintenance steps and key analytics checkpoints.
