I'm looking for an experienced customer service representative who can manage a part-time role from the comfort of their home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through live chat and phone
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with patience and empathy
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Offer support during the hours of 4:30pm - 10pm

- Strong phone and live chat communication skills
- Proficiency in customer service software
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Adaptability and quick learning in a fast-paced environment
