Our company is using Zoho for a bunch of tasks, however we are not effectively using the sales module and processes and workflows as well as we should. We have a little different process when it comes to sales, as we don't normally provide a quote and then sell something. We onboard customers' needs via products and services that we resell/sell but we bill them as they onboard and sometimes they onboard more quantities than expected.
