I want a CRM Based Solution with MERN or Next.js with Unique Dashboard

I want some solution like CRM for my business. with Admin Dashboard, Where Complaints and Issue related tasks will be allocated, assigned, viewed, and Maintained, and accordingly, Reports can be generated, more additional features are welcome.

Before sending me your solution showcasing your previous CRM Software works are much appreciatable.
