vTiger EDM design a flow specialist

I am looking for a vTiger EDM flow specialist who can design and implement email templates and workflows. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating professional email templates and be able to work with my specific ideas for the style and layout. I require more than 7 email templates for this project.
