set up for sales and account executive team

I'm looking for help setting up Salesforce for hybrid sales and account executive team at our Ad Agency. We have some in-house staff and both departments of sales as well as AE's will need the dashboard. I have everything organized on spreadsheets but need help building out Salesforce and it is important for me to have an experienced partner that can provide ongoing support for the team as we grow. My ideal partner will be able to provide set up as well as ongoing training and support.
