I need someone to help set up my engagebay CRM workflow

Hello, we are a startup with no experience in using a CRM software. We have chosen to go forward with the EngageBay All-in-One software for our marketing-sales and after-sales processes. I need someone to understand the current processes for generating, converting and delighting the leads and help automated.
