I need a Zoho Developer

Good day,

Our small certification company would like to automate the following for student records
Academic Projection
First Line Marking
Internal Moderation
External Moderation
Student Assessment Record
Transcripts
Certificates

We currently have a spreadsheet that has the calculations for the marking, moderation and Student Assessment Record that are linked via lookups in Excel. There are also calculations for the deviations etc.

What is the possibility of having this working on Zoho Creator and the time frame and cost to set this up?

I have attached an example of what we currently have.
