mls zoho zapier integration

I want to retrieve listing data from the local MLS (real estate Multiple Listing Service) using REST/JSON Web API, and store it in Zoho CRM, as follows: 1. Get all listings for the past 10 years, and store specified data in the Zoho CRM LISTINGS module. 2. Use Zapier to run new daily (or hourly?) API call(s): a. Get all listings that are newly added to the MLS database since yesterday and add those new records to the LISTINGS module. b. Get all listings that have changed since yesterday and overwrite the currently existing LISTINGS records (keyed on the MLS ID field).
