help with customising MONDAY crm

I own and operate an art gallery and a small team of four. We have a subscription to MONDAY CRM software to manage our sales pipeline, some after-sales logistics and customer relationships. We had someone set it up but we need someone who is very experienced with this software to customise it for our business with features such as sales leads reminders and kpi notifications.
