fix my perfex modules

hello i am looking for someone to fix my perfex modules and make them work the way i like. and for more ongoing work when this is complete.

What I want in this app is to be like a webmail and be able to read emails and delete etc.

But what I want to do is if the mail is an expence to be able move it to expence and save it as an expence with the attach

And the same with the other features eg add that mail to a project or to a doc etc.

Backup to google drive

So my question is can i back everything up to google drive an access all the files via google drive.

So can i up all files individually

Example that i will give will be with projects

I open a project and in google drive it the file name will be the project name
And sub folders will be the files with all the files uploaded
Mail with all the mail to it etc

The same with expenses
Have a folder of each month and add all the files to them.
