I am looking for a Zoho specialist who can build a customised CRM with automation capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in Zoho CRM and possess the following skills:
Specific Features:
- Lead management
- Sales pipeline tracking
- Email and SMS marketing automation
- Dashboards
- Reporting
- Phone bridge and SMS integration
- API and Custom Coding
- Invoicing
- Templates
- Workflows
- Reporting
- Accounting
There are two stages for this build
1st we need to create an API so our ZOHO CRM can send information to our other CRM that is not on a ZOHO platform we have API documentation for this CRM to connect.
2nd
The CRM that we are using on another platform we want to copy all of the features that this CRM does and add these features to our ZOHO CRM so that we no longer need to use this CRM.
Existing Processes:
- The client has detailed process maps that they want to automate.
Budget:
- The estimated budget for this project is $1000-$3000.
The key requirement to this project is team building the CRM must test and UX the SYSTEM without our help. We do not have the time to test a project the developers must do all of the tests before handover and they must provide instant support if there are issues.
