I'm looking for a consultant to assist me with my Zoho Voice Integration. I'm aiming to implement specific functionalities and require training that's easy to understand and straightforward.
Areas of Assistance:
- Integrating Zoho Voice
- Implementing Call routing and logging
- Setting up and managing Voicemail
I also need help with Zoho Desk, particularly with:
- Ticket handling
- Customer management
The project should not exceed 20 hours. This includes screen share training and time for comprehensive, clear documentation.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge of Zoho Voice and Desk
- Proven experience in Zoho Integration
- Excellent training and communication skills
- Ability to provide clear, easy-to-understand documentation.
