H , We currently using Xero and Dear - we distribute a number of food ingredients, but also formulate products with Bill of Materials, need to track all our costs and automate as many processes as possible. Need help in getting all the info transferred from our current platforms but then also making things work well - also creating work flows, tasks, need portals for our clients with different price tiers etc. We also want to go live with online shopping for the first time - we were thinking something like B2B - we don't want to move away from Xero but would like to move away from Dear as we experiencing too many issues with the program.

Below some examples of info we currently have - we are currently going through everything to ensure all is correct. Suppliers and customers are also in CSV files.
