Zoho Projects Expert

This is a very basic outline of what I'm doing now with a wordpress plugin. There would be more to add, but I'm trying to determine if I can leave wordpress and replicate my company in zoho crm plus. This would include, project managment, document sharing, tasks, messaging, payments, etc.
1. Common Login Page
2. Each customer gets their own credentials
3. Upon login, each customer sees a private portal with only their projects.
4. Create 1 Common Start project FORM
5. Customer fills out the form to start the project
6. Users:
a. Admin
b. Customer & staff
c. 3rd party consultants
7. Information is security controlled by admin:
a. Document access
b. Project access
c. Message access
d. Task access
This is the basic starting point of what I'd need to be able to do in zoho. Let me know your thoughts.
