Zoho One Setup
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I'm looking for someone to set up Zoho One for me for my travel agency. Including CRM, Forms, Books, Phone/Text, Desk, marketing and social media. I would also like my WordPress site integrated with my Zoho, but that's not necessary at this time, unless you have both skills. My Zoho One is the big priority right now.
I realize some of this may not be possible, but ideally, what I want is a full set up with a booking form that is on my website, when the customer completes it, the data will flow into Zoho, including the client information and the booking information, where I can track payments, balance, invoicing, etc. I also want a client portal, where they can view their bookings, balance, etc, along with a client self service portal. I'm also open to ideas you have, as I want to improve the automation and reduce the manual workload I currently have.
