Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing maintenance of Zoho One
- Seamless migration of emails to our new server company with zero disruption
- Set up and sync Zoho Mail and Google Workspace
- Primary focus on Zoho Mail integration
Your role is crucial in ensuring:
- Minimal downtime during email migration
- Successful configuration of all email settings without issues
- Creation of new email addresses to replace aliases
- Transfer of a central email inox to Team Inbox
- Testing & verifying
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Extensive proven experience with Zoho One and Zoho Mail, Google Workspace and SquareUp.
- Strong skills in system maintenance.
- Excellent strategy for minimizing downtime during migrations and system maintenance.
