Zoho One and CRM help and training

We are in the process of fully implementing our Zoho CRM system and some of the other products in the Zoho suite. I am needing some assistance with our automations getting our system to perform certain tasks.

I would also like to know where the automation functions are so that I can tweak and maintain them in the coming years.
