Zoho Integration with Teams.

Build out the Zoho portion of an integration. Will be working with another developer and I to connect Microsoft Teams to Zoho, and accept call details from inbound and outbound. On an unrecognized call, screen pop and create new record. On existing record, screen pop the matching record and allow to be edited. Maybe defaulting to notes screen. Bonus points: if you have done this before.

Looking for actual Zoho dev experience, not "I am a full stack dev and can do anything". Zoho is a beast all of its own.
