The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customizing, managing, and integrating Zoho products to optimize our CRM, sales, and inventory management systems.
Responsibilities:
Customize Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books) to meet specific business requirements.
Integrate Zoho with third-party software such as QuickBooks, WooCommerce, and other relevant platforms.
Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows and business processes within Zoho.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of all Zoho applications.
Provide ongoing support and training to internal staff to maximize the utilization of Zoho products.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Zoho Developer, including hands-on experience customizing Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
Strong understanding of API integrations with third-party software.
Knowledge of Zoho Creator for custom application development is a plus.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience working with CRM integrations involving QuickBooks, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices.
