Speckel.io is a third-party platform looking to adopt Zoho One across our business.
We are currently considering migrating from Zendesk, which we use only for its knowledge base and ticket support.
Our decision to adopt the Zoho One is based on the ability to use its automation features for marketing, but all of the following will be required in a 4 – 6 week initial development cycle.
• CRM setup and testing
• Bookings setup and testing
• Marketing automation setup and testing
• Backstage setup and testing

• Flow setup and testing
