Zoho Consultant/Developer/Administrator

Responsibilities
Create/document ZOHO system architecture that meets current business needs and anticipates future needs for enhancements and upgrades.
Improve the current configuration of our database to streamline and automate sales, marketing, operations, and delivery of products and services (inventory and finance).
Configure permission, roles, and layouts for multiple user types and departments within Zoho.
Develop, if needed, custom applications to support business needs, especially word of mouth tracking system.
Work with users to ensure accurate data collection, data security, analysis, and reporting to inform sales management and day-to-day operational performance.
Proactively address data management and quality issues and provide transparent and continuous feedback to Operations Manager and Executives.
On-board and train users in data entry, data security procedures, reporting requirements, and develop and update training materials and resources.
Develop and improve customized reports and dashboards to monitor data integrity and sales performance.
Integrate webforms with CRM as needed to collect customer data.
