Zoho CRM workflow and field relationship improvements with Power BI reporting

We use Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk to manage our customer base. We'd like some assistance to improve field relationships and workflows, as well as assistance in visualising customer and sales performance data in Power BI. We do not yet have a detailed project plan; I am more interested at the moment in hearing from someone I can communicate easily with, with demonstrated experience and who can give me an indication of rate per hour or per specified project.
