Zoho CRM technical support

We need technical support for Zoho Forms integration with Zoho CRM. We would like to be able to pre populate some fields with data from existing fields within the form where relevant so that a user doesn't have to input same information twice. We would like to be able to add an additional module into CRM so that form data can be captured on CRM and is searchable/reportable. We want to make sure our form is fully optimised and we are using all the available features to us.
