Zoho CRM implementation

We're looking for highly skilled Zoho CRM experts that can assist our FMCG company with Zoho CRM implementation. We wanted to have an advanced implementation where we integrate our current Sales marketing and debtors processes into workflow templates that cover each of the 3 departments. we wanted to implement gamification and point systems as well as ensure that all the current processes are implemented into a strict framework that ensures that each task is being completed as per the defined company standards. We also want to have simple training manuals and videos, that can allow for employees to be trained and inducted in 2 to 3 days for each department to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks. And a kind of certificate of completion and or test or exam for each depart to show that they are actually able to fulfill the required tasks.
