Zoho CRM custom function

Hello,
I would like to write a custom function in zoho crm module zoho finance when a new sales order is created as follows:
-Creates a deal with all the info from the sales order (name, products, date, etc based on the info filled in the sales order) and close the deal. This probably has to be a button in zoho finance sales order to make the function start. Same when sales order is created in Zoho Books.
