Zoho CRM call record billed to Zoho Books
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me with integrating Zoho CRM call records into Zoho Books for billing purposes. The project requires the following:
- Billing for both incoming and outgoing calls made /received through our RingCentral integration with Zoho CRM.
- Per minute billing method automatically rounded up in 6 minute increments done at the conclusion of the call, based on call length tracked in call.
- calculation of time multiplied by appropriate hourly rates; we have set hours in a module
- after call note is added and call is saved when the call is complete, add a billed entry into the Zoho Books deal that it was associated with for the time, rate, and total call cost so that we can invoice our client.
Preferred additional function: transcript of the call saved to CRM deal.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Zoho CRM and Zoho Books

- Knowledge of call recording and reporting systems
