Job Title: Zoho CRM/Zoho One Developer for Workflow Automation
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Zoho CRM/Zoho One developer to set up a comprehensive workflow automation for project submissions. The workflow will involve multiple teams and stages, and requires precise configuration to ensure smooth operation. The main tasks include:
1. Adding Installer Companies:
o Add and manage now 15 installer companies.later can add more
2. Project Submission:
o Capture and store project details including:
 Month
 Installer Name
 Address
 Submission Number
 Floor Area
 Starting SAP
 Finishing SAP
 ABS
 STG
 Measures
3. Submission Team Workflow:
o Configure a team of 5 members to receive and review project submissions. Can add later members
o Set the status to "Submission Received" upon submission.
o Allow team members to access and review submissions.
o Update status to "Approved for Trustmark" upon approval.
4. Trustmark Team Workflow:
o Configure a team of three members to review submissions approved for Trustmark. Can add members later
o Manager will assign submissions to specific team members.
o Issue Trustmark certification if approved and update status to "Trustmark Received."
5. Utility Tagging and Uploading:
o Manager will tag the utility where the project will be submitted.
o Assign the project to the Uploading team for final submission.
o Set the status to "In Uploading."
o Uploading team members will update status to "Submitted" after completion.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Zoho CRM/Zoho One.
• Ability to create custom modules and fields.
• Expertise in setting up workflow rules and automation.
• Strong understanding of user roles and permissions within Zoho.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
