I'm looking for a professional to set up a structured workflow in Zoho CRM for my car service center. The goal is to ensure smooth operations and improved tracking when a car arrives at our facility.
Key tasks include:
- Checking if the customer is new or existing
- Creating a Service Request
- Searching for associated vehicles or adding a new one
- Running the inception checklist
- Recommending services
If the client agrees to the services, we proceed with the service. If they partially accept, we will create a deal for follow-up.
