Zoho CRM / Twilio - API credits issue

Hi,
Please see the attached screenshot of our Zoho API dashboard.
We have Twilio integrated for SMS and phone, but it has recently started using all our Zoho API credits up and then we cannot make calls and other functions that need API credits are not working.
We need someone to review this and fix the bug.
