Zoho CRM Setup for Small Business

I need an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to implement the system for my small business. The primary goal is to enhance customer communication, specifically through email campaigns and customer follow-up reminders.
Key Requirements:
- Set up Zoho CRM from scratch with simple small business processes.
- Tidy up data currently in the CRM which has been collecting from Zoho Desk.
- Create some web forms
- Round robin allocation of leads
- Create and configure customer emails and responses to ensure consistent communication.
- Provide a training session on how to use the system effectively.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in setting up and customizing Zoho CRM for small businesses.
- Strong knowledge of email campaign management within Zoho CRM.
- Excellent organizational skills to set up follow-up reminders.
- Prior training experience is a plus.
