I'm looking for an experienced CRM profession to setup a Zoho CRM from the ground up, tailored to our B2C sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand our existing B2C sales process.
- Set up and customize all relevant Zoho CRM modules. Lead Management, Nurturing, Tracking Employee Performance, Some Automations, etc.
- Create user-friendly dashboards for tracking customer interactions and sales activities.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
- Strong understanding of B2C sales processes.
- Proficient in data migration and CRM customization.
- Excellent communication skills to understand and reflect our sales process in the CRM setup.
