As a newcomer to Zoho CRM, I am seeking expert guidance to set up and implement its functionalities into my business operations. Your tasks primarily revolve around configuring the CRM, managing our customer database, as well as setting up sales activity tracking.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Installing and configuring Zoho CRM for my business
- Training a team of 1-5 on how to efficiently use the software
- Overseeing customer database management and sales activity tracking aspects
Ideal candidates will have strong experience in CRM setup, particularly with Zoho, and should be highly effective communicators comfortable with training small teams on new digital tools. Comfort with remote training and a flexible schedule is a plus.
