Here is information about the current sales funnel we use in our current lead software MD Prospects. It would need to be created in Zoho. Zoho has lead, contacts, and deals...what would be used? Below also is the number or current autosponders. The stages of the project are described at the end for bids. Will you be able update are current leadforms to autopop into Zoho instead of MDProspects?
Sales Funnel
Lead is manually entered or completes a web form.
Lead is Booked for Consult (may have done this online with calendly)
Lead completes consult
Lead schedules preoperative evaluation (preferable to the consult)
Lead shows at preoperative evaluation.
Lead scheduled for surgery (usually at the preop eval)
Lead completes surgery.
Branches out from Funnel, it the patient...

Copy the content of all autoresponders to make new email autoresponders on the new master email template.
Use fields/settings from current software to create email automation.
Simplify the setup of the Zoho to remove items that are not used/needed using current mdpropects as a guide.
Introduce "source" Field
Have Dupicate remover
