Zoho CRM Set Up and Automation Assistance

Looking for someone to help us with a few odd jobs around Zoho.
Sorts of things we want to get sorted on Zoho include:
- Automation of reminder letters for certain things
- Automation of birthday card/messages
- Help setting up templates for certain letters and information to clients
- Help getting email service that powers it to work (currently won't let me send out of there)
- Help setting up better client and advertising data reporting
- Help setting up tasks section and better deals pipelines
- Help setting up automations from deals pipelines
- Other odd jobs as they come along
