Zoho CRM Optimization Specialist

I need a Zoho CRM developer to assist with optimizing my account after migrating from Bigin to Zoho CRM.

Key tasks include:
- Add 20 documents as merge documents (client proposals, event confirmations/run sheets)
- Create 15 workflow actions to automate tasks, enhance team collaboration, and reduce manual errors
- Integrate web-opportunity leads from Elementor
- Integrate with Qwilr for sending client proposals
- Integrate Zoho Campaigns
- Integrate with Microsoft Calendar

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Zoho CRM setup and optimization
- Experience with document merging and workflow automation
- Familiarity with Elementor and Zoho Campaigns
- Strong background in MS integrations
