Zoho CRM Integration with GrandStream and Wati
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for a professional who can integrate the call data from GrandStream UCM6301 and WhatsApp conversations from Wati to be integrated into Zoho CRM. Both Grandstream and Wati have features to Link to Zoho CRM.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up Zoho CRM to create a Customer ticker received in Calls/WhatsApp/Zoho Email and create a ticket for it. The Team can assign Tasks to one another and mark and update on the CRM the status of the ticket.
Specific requirements:
- Must have already worked in Zoho CRM integration with Email and other Applications.
-Must be ready to work with Any desk.
-in the project proposal write your expertise in Zoho CRM and integrations you have already worked in Zoho CRM.
Payment Terms: The budget is 10k INR
Payment release on complete Zoho CRM setup with Call, WhatsApp and eMail Integration. No partial work will be appreciated.
