Zoho CRM Email auto billed to Zoho Books
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me with integrating Zoho CRM emails into Zoho Books for billing purposes. The project requires the following:
- Billing for both incoming and outgoing emails made /received through our Zoho email integration with Zoho CRM.
- calculation of 6 minutes of time multiplied by appropriate hourly rates; we have set hours in a module
- after email is sent or received in a Deal, add a billed entry into the Zoho Books deal that it was associated with for the time, rate, and total call cost so that we can invoice our client.
Preferred additional function: email saved into deal’s WorkDrive so that it is always available even after someone quits and we delete their email address.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Zoho CRM and Zoho Books
- Experience in integrating Zoho apps
- Knowledge of Zoho Mail
