ZOHO Product Consultant
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are a recruitment firm with sales representatives nationwide in India. We are seeking a ZOHO Product Consultant to assist us in effectively setting up our ZOHO CRM.
Required Skills:
Expertise in ZOHO CRM
Familiarity with ZOHO Survey, Zoho Campaigns, and 3rd Party APIs
Ability to customize ZOHO CRM according to specific requirements
Experience required:
1) Set up ZOHO CRM for our sales team and optimize its usage.
2) Generate reports to analyze daily calls, emails sent, leads added, tasks created, and leads moved between statuses for each salesperson.
3) Utilize the "Zoho Analytics" module to assess the performance of sales representatives.
4) Integrate Zoho Campaign and ZOHO Survey with Zoho CRM.
5) Import candidates from our ATS (Application Tracking System) tool via ATS API to Zoho CRM/Campaign for automated NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys (Share the mail until they respond).
6) Conduct A/B testing to understand which email templates yield higher click-through and open rates.
