ZOHO ONE Configuration Guide for Chemical Company

I’ve just moved my small chemical company onto ZOHO ONE and would like an experienced hand to walk me through the initial configuration in live Zoom or similar screen-share sessions.
Scope
• ZOHO CRM – build out our contact management, leads pipeline, task tracking, and reporting dashboards, then automate routine follow-ups and notifications with custom workflows.
• ZOHO Mail – complete email account configuration so every user can send and receive from their company address inside the suite.
• ZOHO Projects & Tasks – align project milestones and daily task lists with the CRM record for each customer.
Your role is to guide me step-by-step, explain the logic behind each setting, and leave the system production-ready so my team can begin using it the same day.
Session style
– Real-time collaboration via Zoom/Remote-Desktop.
– Short, practical homework between calls so we keep momentum.
Acceptance
I’ll consider the engagement complete once:
1. New leads automatically flow from webform to CRM with an assigned owner and follow-up task.
2. Contacts, deals, and activities are migrated or imported without duplicates.
3. Three analytics reports (sales funnel, activities by rep, and revenue forecast) load with real data.
4. Each employee can send/receive mail from their company address in ZOHO Mail.
