Workflow automation using Zapier or equivalent- Output to google maps in layers

We are seeking to have a google map, if possible, with points of service plotted for leads, service, scheduled jobs, and tasks. We are hopeful that these can be plotted in individual layers and updated automatically once per day or be updated upon request. We want to view all or select layers upon request. Our source data would be from Knowify for service. And Copper (CRM) for tasks, jobs and leads. We want to have icons utilized for different data points on the map if possible. ( We have members of our staff that are color blind and would like the mapping to be easier for them to read.) We believe that this project may convert into a longer term hourly based project for tweaks and additional workflow automation. We are not adverse to utilizing Zapier alternatives such as Make, Pabbly or others. They may be beneficial to us from a cost perspective long term.

We prefer that our project leader-consultant and the software utilized have business hours of service availability matching or extending beyond, our business hours of operation. We are open for business and operating from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm Eastern standard time, Monday through Friday.
