I'm seeking assistance to connect my WhatsApp Business account to an easy-to-use CRM for data exportation. This project involves setting up auto-responses for each chat and ensuring that captured data is exportable.
Key Requirements:
- Connect WhatsApp Business to a user-friendly CRM (CRM platform selection is open).
- Set up auto-responses for each chat.
- Ensure the exportability of captured data.
Data to be Exported:
- Contact information
- Chat history
- User preferences
Please note that I currently do not have an existing WhatsApp Business API setup. Therefore, the ideal freelancer for this job should have experience in API integration, CRM systems, and chat automation. Good understanding of WhatsApp Business features would be a plus.
